In 2018 Zongfu Li's "group" took charge of the HOA.  At that time the HOA had approximately $250,000 in funds.

Per APM Property Management Financials:

December 31st, 2018 - $244,544.00

December 31st, 2019 - $250,603.38

December 31st, 2020 - $157,551.08

October 31st, 2021 - $100,827.99

NOTE: The October financials were prepared prior to the $50,000 plus insurance premium which were due in November 2021.
