Plaintiffs,
On May 22, 2021, Defendant Li informed Alfonso A. Larriva (“Larriva”),
agent for the named Plaintiffs, via email that he had seized control of more than eighty (80)
percent of the units within the Association, and as such, he intended to sell his interest and
force the sale of the remaining units to his investment company, LJPA, pursuant to A.R.S.
§ 33-1228.
