Your office facilitated the board meeting and then sent out a notice stating the new monthly assessment as of May 1^st was $335 per month.

 

During that meeting Michael Gross (your husband) noted he would be sharing the documents on the HOA portal.  Homeowners have requested the documentation since March numerous times with no response.

 

Is there a reason the Homeowners cannot have a copy of the approved budget?

 

Your firm is responsible for maintaining the HOA records correct? 

 

As the owner of Transcend Community Management we are reaching out to you to obtain the approved budget.  Will you provide a copy to the homeowners or is there no approved budget?
