We have yet to receive a reply to our Records Request from March 10th with the exception of the ZOOM meeting.
None of the documents that Michael Gross referenced would be available on the HOA Portal have yet to be shared.
The Homeowners have now received their first monthly statement relating to $335 for May yet we have yet to be provided with the adopted budget.
The HOA is paying the "website service fee" for the document portal.
Is there a reason the budget and other documents referenced at the March 9th, 2023 meeting have yet to be made available?
Do the Homeowners need to pursue remedies to obtain the budget Transcend Management prepared?
