Homeowners:
The Trustee and Transcend Community Management continued with the annual meeting earlier this week disregarding the objections posed by multiple homeowners. The objection(s) will now be processed through the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADOR) HOA dispute resolution process.
Per today’s filing here are the current Board Members as recognized by Michael Carmel
NOTE: #1 should be Arlene Willis. Gabby Rodriguez is an employee who works for Zongfu’s entity.
