dissent or objections from homeowners or from the Board. Furthermore, no homeowners

expressed interest in participating in the financing by loaning funds to Debtor on the terms

set forth in the proposed Note attached as Exhibit B to the Financing Motion. The Board’s

motion to proceed with the financing option was passed by the Board unanimously”
