To Whom It May Concern:

 

Michael Gross previously informed us to email admin@ and if there was an urgent nature then to contact him.

 

Now we are being told we can only communicate with upper management (essentially the owner) and the Transcend Admin team is not going to address day to day HOA related questions for a homeowner that owns 34 units at the property.

 

I see in this thread you did not include the property contact at Transcend but included the Trustee and HOA Attorney.

 

So now we have everyone on this thread.  Hopefully someone will be able to advise the following so we can address this tenant's questions and prevent them from getting towed.

 

On May 3^rd we asked the following HOA related questions of the Transcend Community:

 

Our questions:

 

1. Who is the towing vendor and contact information?
2. What hours are being enforced requiring a parking pass?
3. How do we obtain a replacement parking pass?

It is our understanding and internal policy that you are to address all communications concerning Mesa Terrace HOA and your needs at this community to the attention of Michael Gross.  You have been informed of this many times yet continue to send questions to the admin team without copying Mr. Gross. 

 

If you have questions regarding the community and its operation you must address all communication to Michael Gross, the manager of the community.

As of close of business on 5/12 there was no reply.

 

For whatever reason we have been unable to get clarification on parking policies since original email on 5/3/23.

 

Is there a reason the Management company and/or Scott Potter is not providing this information?  If no parking policies are in place / being enforced we can simply inform our tenant of that.

We began this thread with the question on 5/3.  As of 5/10 the question has yet to be answered.  Tenant is waiting to hear back on what they need to do for their 2^nd vehicle if anything.
